We have a variety of regular mat Yoga classes. These classes are for anyone wanting to zen out and work the mind as well as the body. All level All age.

This class is focused on bringing you a system of old asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
