Itinerary of Challenge

It’s a 5-Class program, and here’s the deal:

Schedule:

January 8th-Wednesday at 6p

Kick things off with your first workout! You’ll dive right into the fun with exciting exercises on aerial equipment like the silks and hoop.
You’ll meet with your coach to schedule a personalized nutrition and lifestyle consultation to help set and achieve your goals.

January 15th-Wednesday at 6p

Time for your second workout! Check in with your progress, have some fun, and build strength as we keep things moving.

January 22nd-Wednesday at 6p

Your third workout is here! Another fun and energizing session plus a quick check-in to stay on track and motivated.

January 28th-Tuesday at 6p

Let’s mix things up! Your fourth workout will focus on stretching and recovery with an Aerial Yoga session to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

January 29th-Wednesday at 6p

It’s the

fifth and final workout

of the challenge! Celebrate your hard work with a fun and empowering class as you wrap up this journey.

What should I wear to an aerial fitness class?

Long leggings below the knee. No Zippers or buttons. Fitted shirt that can be tucked in. No Zippers or buttons.

Are there age restrictions for joining the challenge?

All participants must be at least 18 years old. However, we offer specific youth programs for children ages 4-17. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Do I need to be in good shape to start classes?

Not at all, It is designed for beginners to seasoned athletes. If you are someone who needs to lose more than 40 lbs, the challenge will be more difficult but not impossible. We give you a fat loss & nutrition plan to follow while you are in the challenge.

You can expect to lose up to 10 lbs during the challenge if you follow your nutrition plan.
